Laura has been a printmaker for 35 years and took her first art class in college, on a dare! During that first class her professor walked into the room with an etching plate. She fell in love with the copper plate, the tools, the inks, at first sight! Laura has been making etchings, and now etching collages, ever since.
The natural world and its beauty have always been Laura’s inspiration. She has done many representational works, mostly landscapes and botanicals. She also loves to do abstracted images and non-objective works.
